We don’t get to see your card details at our online store. Card details are not recorded on our store either (nothing to be hacked). The card payments are processed by Eway – a national payment gateway that works with credit card companies to help ensure that credit card payments and related data are secure. Eway collects payments for us.
Many online stores charge your card immediately when you click “Place Order”. Our site does not. When you click “Place Order” on our store, the payment is only authorised. You may receive an email advising the payment is still pending. The funds to pay the invoice are locked so you can’t spend the funds elsewhere. When we have the order ready, then we proceed to collect payment.

There used to be a risk that if you entered an incorrect account number, the payment could go to to the wrong bank account. Recently. banks are introducing a system that checks that the numbers match the account name. Online banking is becoming much safer.
Sorry, we do NOT accept Paypal. The profit on many of our items is low. We can’t afford Paypal’s charges and fees.
