CARDS and CARD SECURITY

Your card details are NOT stored on our online store (nothing to be hacked). Card information passes directly through to Eway, part of the Global Payments Company. You may be more familiar with the name Ezidebit. It is another part of the same Global Payments Company.  Eway securely processes card payments and advises us if the payment has been successful or failed.

Failed card payment.  
Make sure the name on the order matches the name on the card.  We think this may be the cause of recent failed payments.   Misplaced, jumbled numbers. insufficient funds and locked cards are other common reasons card payments fail.

Many online stores charge your card immediately when you click “Place Order”. Our site does not. When you click “Place Order” on our store, the payment is only authorised. You may receive an email advising the payment is still pending. The funds to pay the invoice are locked so you can’t spend the funds elsewhere. When we have the order ready, then we proceed to collect payment.

ONLINE, also known as Direct Deposit, Electronic Funds Transfer, Online Payments, Netbank, Internet Banking.

There used to be a risk that if you entered an incorrect account number, the payment could go to to the wrong bank account. Recently. banks are introducing a system that checks that the numbers match the account name. Online banking has become much safer.

After we receive your order, we login to our bank to check payment has arrived.

Sorry, we do NOT accept Paypal. Our margins are very low on most items. We cannot absorb PayPal's higher fees. Eway provides the same secure payment service at a much lower cost.
