Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Your refund will be processed after we have received and inspected the item.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We prefer Australia Post. They offer more delivery options.
Have you ever been to an online store and ordered an item for about $15 then found shipping was going to be $30? Ouch!  Our shipping rates are set as low as possible - no $30 surprises.

NOTE - Express Post does NOT guarantee next day delivery.  Home Hill is not in the "Next Day Delivery" area.  Add another day.  If you are not in the "Next Day Delivery" area, add another day.

We will send some items with a "Signature on Delivery" request. You may be able to override this signature request and ask Australia Post to leave the parcel somewhere safe at your home. They will capture a photo as proof of delivery if no one is home to sign for the parcel. If the parcel disappears from the safe place, Australia Post is unlikely to compensate us for the loss. They will claim it was delivered - they have a photo to prove it. If we can not get compensation, we are unable to compensate you. 

As an alternative to "leave in a safe place", we recommend you request "Collect at a Post Office", a PO Box, or deliver to a free 24/7 Parcel Locker (if available), or have it addressed to your place of work.
