Solder: An exact colour match for soldering 14/20 Gold-Filled materials.
Metal: 14ct (585) plumb gold solder, Easy. Cadmium-free.
Chip dimensions: approximately 1.0mm square.
Liquidus Temperature: 727°C, Solidus Temperature: 692°C (EASY)
This solder is much more tarnish-resistant than the Yellow Silver Solder giving superior longer lasting results.

Several years ago, when everyone could afford it, we used to stock 9ct (375) gold wire, solder and casting granules for amateur jewellery makers. The 14/20GF wires plus the new 14ct chip solders make an excellent, affordable, long lasting alternative to expensive solid 9ct (375), 18ct (750) gold.
