Busch have some burs with very fine teeth for smoothing surfaces. These diamond burs do the same job but last longer.
Edenta burs feature a surface plated with diamond particles. Rather than metal teeth cutting the surfaces, the diamond surface cleanly grinds away material. With a mid-range 120-grit abrasive, they effectively remove material while leaving a smooth polished surface and can also be used for shaping stone, metal, ceramic and glass. Flame burs are used for enlarging and deburring holes and for a variety of shaping tasks. Always use a lubricant, such as BurLife®, when using diamond burs.
The specially designed, multi-layer coating on Edenta diamond burs ensures a more effective performance and runs cooler for a longer service life for each bur. Diamond is bonded to stainless steel; tools run true, without wobble, for excellent control and precision.
Use a lubricant: Apply a cutting oil or bur lubricant (like BurLife) to reduce heat and clogging.
